Director of Accounting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Director of Accounting to lead Logile’s India‑based accounting operations. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for accurate, compliant and timely financial reporting for both Indian and US entities while partnering with leadership and global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books for US and India entities under US GAAP.
• Develop and own the accounting policy framework, including SaaS revenue recognition, COGS and Opex.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packs covering cash analysis, collections, billings and P&L variance.
• Administer GTM commission plans – execution, tracking and payouts.
• Oversee AP/AR processes, vendor management and cash‑flow planning.
• Ensure timely payroll processing in India and the US.
• Manage all India statutory compliance (ROC filings, GST, TDS) and coordinate external audits for both entities.
• Oversee US and India tax filings and internal control initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading accounting functions in a fast‑scaling, multi‑entity SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Indian statutory requirements.
• Ability to manage a team of 4‑5 accountants and act as a finance partner to senior leadership.
• Hands‑on approach with end‑to‑end ownership of accounting, compliance and audit processes.
