Director Engineering Services

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Engineering Services to lead our engineering department, oversee both front‑end and back‑end teams, and ensure our internal systems operate securely and efficiently. In this senior role you will set strategic goals, manage budgets and timelines, and drive innovative technology adoption to support company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate front‑end and back‑end development teams and their projects.
• Monitor reliability and performance of all internal systems, recommending improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations and internal policies.
• Manage software development projects from requirement definition through execution, setting goals and timelines.
• Prepare and control the engineering department’s budget.
• Design strategies for future development projects aligned with company objectives.
• Recruit, hire, and train engineering talent.
• Implement innovative technologies to increase productivity.
• Coordinate integrations with external partners and stakeholders.
• Review and update policies related to internal systems and equipment.

• Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing large‑scale projects.
• Strong ability to set goals, budgets and timelines while maintaining quality.
• Experience overseeing security compliance and system reliability.
