Director – Engineering Leader (.NET) – Hyderabad

About the role

We are seeking a senior Engineering Leader to drive technology strategy and build world‑class, cloud‑native products. This director‑level position will be based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor large engineering teams (30+ engineers), including Engineering Managers and Technical Leads.
• Define and execute technical strategy, architecture, and engineering excellence.
• Design and deliver scalable, cloud‑native applications and platforms.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to launch innovative, high‑impact products.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in software, product, or platform engineering.
• 6+ years of leadership experience managing large engineering teams.
• Current experience in a product‑focused company (not an IT services/consulting firm).
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science from a reputed engineering institute is preferred.
