Director, Cybersecurity GTM – GCC Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a senior leader to drive go‑to‑market strategy for its cyber security portfolio across Global Capability Centers in India. The Director will combine deep technical expertise with commercial acumen to open new accounts, shape large deals and build a market‑defining practice.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and convert net‑new GCC accounts for PwC’s cyber security services, building a sustainable pipeline.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, GCC heads and global security leadership.
• Develop market intelligence on sector‑specific cyber risk and GCC buying behaviour to craft value propositions.
• Lead proposal development, commercial structuring and delivery of multi‑service engagements (strategy, transformation, managed services, incident response, cloud security, OT/IoT security, etc.).
• Own revenue targets and GTM plan execution, collaborating with delivery leaders to ensure seamless transition from sale to service.

Required profile

• 15‑20+ years of experience, with a substantial portion in business development or GTM roles within professional services, global SI or security product companies.
• Proven track record of originating and closing new‑logo cyber security deals.
• Extensive network of C‑level security contacts across GCCs in India.
• MBA or equivalent; engineering or computer science background preferred.
