About the role
The Director – Commercial Operations leads the Commercial Operations organization for MSD India, providing strategic direction, leadership and governance across sales force effectiveness, business practices, new product planning, patient programs and operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and develop a multi‑year Commercial Operations strategy aligned with business growth priorities and enterprise objectives.
- Lead the portfolio of functions including Sales Force Effectiveness, Business Practices, New Product Planning, Financial Patients Program and Commercial Administration & Operations.
- Partner with Business Unit Directors and the Country Leadership Team to strengthen commercial execution, launch excellence and patient access.
