About the role
The Grand Hyatt Gurgaon is looking for a Deputy Team Leader to support its Revenue Management team. This position will assist in driving the hotel’s revenue strategy and ensure optimal pricing and inventory decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Revenue Management team with daily revenue analysis and reporting.
- Support the development and implementation of pricing and inventory strategies.
- Collaborate with front‑office, sales and marketing teams to align revenue initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor performance to provide actionable insights.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of hands‑on experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced hotel environment.
