About the role

Visva‑Bharati, a central university of national importance in Santiniketan, West Bengal, is conducting a special drive to recruit 44 direct faculty members across a wide range of disciplines. Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures, tutorials and seminars in the assigned department.
• Design and update curricula, course materials and assessment methods.

• Participate in departmental meetings, committees and university‑wide events.

Required profile

• Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in the relevant subject area.
