Digital Transformation Lead (Assistant Manager)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Lead (Assistant Manager) to drive Bosch’s digitalisation strategy across manufacturing operations in India. The role will shape and execute initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, safety and sustainability while supporting business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a digital transformation roadmap aligned with corporate goals.
• Identify and prioritise digitalisation opportunities across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, maintenance, logistics and corporate functions.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver Industry 4.0 projects such as MES, IIoT, digital twins and predictive maintenance.
• Implement smart‑factory solutions, real‑time production monitoring and energy‑management systems.
• Manage multiple transformation projects, prepare business cases, ROI calculations and implementation plans.
• Oversee vendor selection, solution evaluation and contract management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field.
• 8‑10 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in digital transformation or Industry 4.0 within manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
