Digital Specialist

About the role

Think Design, a Havas company, is seeking a Digital Specialist to lead its digital marketing initiatives from the Bangalore office. The role combines strategy, execution, and analysis across multiple online channels to boost brand visibility and drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to stay ahead of emerging technologies and digital trends.
• Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies using SEO/SEM, paid advertising, email, social media, and display campaigns.
• Collaborate with leadership, content, and design teams to create and publish engaging blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media content.
• Manage and optimise social media channels, monitor performance metrics, and adjust campaigns based on data insights.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end process of content creation, design coordination, and campaign execution.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests, optimise landing pages and user funnels, and manage Google Ads budgets.

Required profile

• BS/MS degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B services environment.
• Proven track record of leading SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Creative mindset with the ability to identify target audiences and craft compelling digital experiences.
