Digital Marketing Strategist

About the role

Technaureus is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to own and scale its B2B growth marketing engine. You will work closely with leadership, sales, business development, and delivery teams to design data‑driven strategies that generate qualified leads and drive measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy and roadmap.
• Build scalable customer acquisition systems covering paid, organic, and partnership channels.
• Own the full acquisition funnel from lead generation to conversion.
• Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, SEO, content, email, YouTube, affiliate, referral, WhatsApp, influencer, and events.
• Monitor performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, CAC, MQLs, SQLs) and conduct A/B testing.
• Analyze marketing analytics to improve ROI and revenue attribution.

Required profile

• 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or technology services.
• Proven track record of generating qualified B2B leads at domestic and international scale.
• Strategic thinker comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
