Digital Marketing Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to transform marketing demand into a qualified sales pipeline. You will own the HubSpot ecosystem, ensuring every campaign, event, and piece of content is measurable and directly linked to revenue outcomes. This hands‑on role works closely with the Head of Marketing to design scalable systems that drive real business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the structure, tracking, and performance of all marketing activity within HubSpot, building workflows, lists, and automation that support lead progression.
• Define and manage lifecycle stages and lead‑scoring models aligned to pipeline creation, ensuring timely routing of inbound and campaign‑generated leads.
• Translate events, webinars, content, and outbound initiatives into qualified pipeline by designing follow‑up journeys that generate meetings and opportunities.
• Maintain organized campaign and sales collateral in SharePoint, ensuring alignment between marketing assets and sales usage.
• Own reporting on marketing‑sourced and influenced pipeline, providing clear insight into conversion performance across lifecycle stages and campaigns.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or demand generation.
• Hands‑on expertise with HubSpot, including workflow creation, list management, and reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify funnel breakdowns and optimize conversion rates.
• Experience translating marketing programs into measurable pipeline outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with marketing leadership and sales teams.
