Digital Marketing Strategist

About the role

WeBeeSocial is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to shape brand narratives across digital channels. Based in New Delhi, you will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with creative, content, media and design teams to deliver data‑driven strategies for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive digital and social media strategies for brands across multiple categories.
• Craft compelling, research‑backed strategy decks and presentations that tell a clear story.
• Generate campaign ideas, content directions, digital activations and innovative ways for brands to appear online.
• Translate client briefs into actionable marketing solutions and manage client conversations with confidence.
• Analyze campaign and platform data to uncover patterns, insights and growth opportunities.
• Stay updated on trends across Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, AI, creators and the broader digital ecosystem.
• Monitor cultural and consumer shifts to understand why trends emerge.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Prior client‑facing marketing role is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with creative thinking.
• Ability to juggle multiple brands and priorities while maintaining detail and composure.
• Passion for brands, culture, technology and evolving consumer behaviour.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint and Google Slides proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with major social media platforms such as Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Familiarity with Google’s digital advertising ecosystem.
