About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Digital Marketing Strategist to design and execute high‑impact paid campaigns that boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads. The role blends analytical insight with creative execution across major advertising platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and continuously optimise performance‑marketing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Develop comprehensive digital strategies aligned with business objectives to improve ROI and reduce customer acquisition cost.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging ad assets, including short‑form video content for Reels, Shorts, and ad clips.
• Monitor daily performance metrics, generate weekly reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure paid media efforts complement organic search initiatives to maximise overall online visibility.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in digital or performance‑based marketing.
• Proven track record of managing successful campaigns on Meta and Google advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic optimisations.
