Digital Marketing Specialist – Performance & Growth

About the role

Scalix is seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to own end‑to‑end lead generation and brand presence for its ERP and custom software solutions. You will run high‑intent paid campaigns while shaping the organic social strategy to attract decision‑makers in the B2B space.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, managing monthly budgets to achieve target CPL and ROAS.
• Design and refine lead‑capture forms, landing‑page copy and direct‑to‑WhatsApp/call funnels for CTOs, business owners and IT managers.
• Define and implement a social‑media content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, creating briefs for visual assets and writing B2B copy.
• Set up tracking tags (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag) and produce weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of B2B performance marketing or lead‑generation experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven success running campaigns on Google, Meta and LinkedIn platforms and managing budgets to meet CPL and ROAS goals.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, run A/B tests and communicate findings.
