Digital Marketing Specialist (On‑site, Raipur)

About the role

Honeysha Technologies is looking for a full‑time Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Raipur office. You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing multi‑channel campaigns that boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads for our technology and digital solutions clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media content calendars, schedule posts and engage with online communities.
• Create, launch and monitor paid campaigns across search, display, email and social platforms.
• Track performance using web analytics tools, analyse key metrics and recommend optimisation actions.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to align marketing assets with product launches and business objectives.
• Conduct market and competitor research to refine targeting, messaging and audience segmentation.
• Support website optimisation and prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong background in digital and online marketing, preferably in an agency or tech‑focused environment.
• Hands‑on experience managing social media campaigns and community engagement.
• Proficiency with web analytics tools to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work on‑site in Raipur.
