Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role you will design, execute, and optimise online campaigns that boost brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct SEO activities including keyword research, on‑page optimisation, and backlink management.
• Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social platforms to maximise ROI.
• Plan and execute social media initiatives, create engaging content, and monitor performance metrics.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce blogs, newsletters, and infographics.
• Design and run email marketing programmes to nurture leads.
• Track website traffic and campaign results using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor actions, and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• SEO and SEM strategy implementation
• Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads management
• Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools
• HubSpot, Marketo or comparable CRM/marketing automation platforms
• Basic HTML, CSS and WordPress CMS knowledge
• Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design
• Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro for video editing (optional)
