Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will join Datameris IT Solutions in Kochi to design, launch, and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on increasing brand visibility and generating qualified leads for the company’s technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and email channels.
• Manage social media accounts, create and schedule content, and coordinate online promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse web and campaign analytics, and prepare performance reports.
• Recommend improvements based on data insights and ensure campaigns align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to maintain consistent messaging.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends, test new strategies, and adopt relevant tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience planning and executing multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong background in social media marketing, content calendar management, and community engagement.
• Ability to interpret and present data from web analytics tools.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within an IT or technology‑driven environment.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
