Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital campaigns for Remedium Consultancy and its healthcare clients. The role involves managing paid media, email marketing, and performance analytics to drive lead generation and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and optimise LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle from audience research and strategy to execution, optimisation and reporting.
• Plan and run email marketing programmes, including segmentation, automation and performance tracking.
• Monitor and adjust budgets, targeting, creatives and bidding to maximise ROI.
• Analyse marketing data, produce regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content, design, sales and consulting teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Conduct competitor, audience and market research to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Stay current with digital‑marketing trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Proven track record managing LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts or agency environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
