Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Finesse Ink is seeking a highly experienced, creative, and results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own and execute its full‑stack digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be comfortable across all channels, from paid media to organic growth, and will translate data into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
• Manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
• Oversee social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and additional channels.
• Create and execute content strategies for social media, email, and SMS.
• Plan and run influencer and creator marketing initiatives.
• Conduct SEO work to improve organic search visibility and website conversion rates.
• Coordinate graphic design, video, photography, and advertising creatives.
• Set up retargeting campaigns and continuously test new audiences, creatives, and offers.
• Track performance with Google Analytics and other reporting tools, monitoring KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience in full‑stack digital marketing, not limited to a single channel.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with significant advertising budgets and performance‑marketing metrics.
• Ability to independently plan, launch, manage, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns.
• Excellent analytical skills with a deep understanding of marketing KPIs.
• Creative mindset combined with strong organizational and communication abilities.
