Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own our digital strategy, paid advertising, campaign execution and performance analysis. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on implementation to drive lead generation and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, handling budgets, audiences, bidding and creatives.
• Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, offers and landing pages to improve CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC and ROAS.
• Manage social media marketing activities, create content calendars and coordinate with design and copy teams.
• Monitor website, advertising and social performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager and related tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Maintain and optimise Shopify stores, product pages and conversion funnels.
• Support basic keyword research and on‑page SEO initiatives to boost organic traffic.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media and e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and recommend optimisations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
