Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute comprehensive online campaigns that drive brand awareness, leads and conversions. The role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, execute and continuously optimise paid campaigns to maximise ROI, ROAS, leads and conversions.
• Manage advertising budgets, monitor performance and adjust spend to achieve targets.
• Develop and run email and WhatsApp marketing communications.
• Conduct competitor, market and audience research to uncover growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Meta ads and Google ads.
• Experience with SEO and SEM.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Understanding of conversion funnels, lead generation and customer acquisition.
