Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimise online marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility, engagement and lead generation for DATASPOT Technologies. This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Kozhikode and works closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise online marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Manage social media platforms, create and schedule content, and engage with the community.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse web analytics to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure cohesive digital marketing initiatives and consistent messaging.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools, recommending improvements and new opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong skills in digital and online marketing with experience planning and managing campaigns.
• Proficiency in social media marketing, content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Ability to work with web analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and external audience engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kozhikode, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
