About the role

Natya Learning is seeking a full‑time Digital Marketing Specialist to lead online campaigns that boost brand awareness and learner acquisition for its e‑learning programs. The position is based on‑site in Kozhikode and works closely with content creators and instructors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage social media channels, create and schedule engaging content.
• Monitor campaign performance using web analytics and adjust strategies for better conversion.
• Collaborate with instructors and the creative team to ensure consistent messaging.
• Track key performance metrics, prepare regular reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Strong background in social media and online marketing.
• Experience with SEO/SEM basics and campaign planning.
• Proficiency in interpreting web analytics data.
• Clear communication skills for internal collaboration and audience engagement.
• Relevant digital marketing experience, preferably in e‑learning or education.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast‑paced creative environment.
