About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to build and expand a personal brand across multiple digital platforms. The role combines strategic planning, content creation, and data‑driven optimisation, with a strong focus on leveraging AI tools to enhance performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to grow and strengthen the personal brand online.
• Create, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google and other platforms.
• Monitor audience growth, engagement metrics and overall campaign performance.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers and other content creators as needed.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends, platform updates and industry best practices.
• Utilise AI‑powered solutions for content planning, research, campaign management and performance analysis.

Required profile

• Degree, diploma or certification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably managing personal or small‑scale brands.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, branding and audience growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, organisational and content‑planning abilities.
