About the role

We are looking for a creative and performance‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital initiatives. You will focus on lead generation, social media engagement, and online brand growth while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Create, schedule, and optimize engaging content such as posts, videos, reels, blogs, and campaigns.
• Run and optimize paid advertising on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor performance with analytics tools and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to produce effective campaigns.
• Implement SEO best practices to boost website visibility and organic traffic.
• Execute email marketing programs to nurture leads and support customer engagement.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and social media.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
