About the role

We are seeking a creative and performance‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to design, launch, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution across social media, paid advertising, SEO, and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and organic channels.
• Manage social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and implement content strategies to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and video production teams for campaign assets.
• Generate and nurture marketing‑qualified leads through digital funnels.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce regular reports, and make data‑driven recommendations.
• Improve website traffic, search rankings, and conversion rates through SEO initiatives.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities.
• Manage email marketing and lead‑nurturing workflows.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Creative mindset combined with analytical decision‑making.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
