Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

AI.Que MEDIA is looking for a hybrid Digital Marketing Specialist based in Trivandrum. The specialist will plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement and conversions. The role works closely with designers, content writers and internal teams to deliver data‑driven results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across social media, search and display platforms.
• Manage social media accounts, create and schedule content, and engage with online communities.
• Coordinate with designers and copywriters to produce campaign assets.
• Monitor performance using web analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
• Analyse data, generate actionable insights and recommend improvements.
• Support email marketing, landing page creation and remarketing initiatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends, platform updates and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong digital and online marketing knowledge, including campaign planning, execution and optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
• Proficiency in web analytics to track performance and derive insights.
• Clear, professional communication skills for internal collaboration and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Business Suite is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and a proactive testing mindset.
• Prior agency experience or work with multiple brands is an advantage.
