Digital Marketing Specialist – Growth & Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive growth and lead generation for 1‑Circle, a Dubai‑based business advisory firm. Based in Bengaluru, you will work closely with our Dubai team to create and optimise campaigns that attract entrepreneurs, investors and companies interested in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital marketing and lead‑generation strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns, managing budgets and targeting to maximise qualified leads.
• Manage SEO, keyword strategy, website optimisation and content planning to improve organic visibility.
• Oversee social‑media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and create content calendars, copy and graphics.
• Build and optimise landing pages, lead forms, remarketing campaigns and conversion funnels.
• Track performance metrics such as traffic, cost per lead, conversion rates and provide actionable reports.
• Collaborate with sales and business teams to refine lead qualification and follow‑up processes.
• Leverage AI tools and marketing automation to enhance content production, campaign optimisation and reporting.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in digital, performance or growth marketing.
• Proven ability to manage Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse results and iterate quickly.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and coordinate with stakeholders in Dubai and India.
