About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead demand‑generation and online engagement initiatives across global and regional markets. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing multi‑channel B2B campaigns while collaborating with product, content, and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, email, display, and retargeting platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets, schedules, and performance tracking to support lead generation.
• Conduct keyword research, implement SEO best practices, and optimize website and landing‑page content.
• Create and distribute blogs, newsletters, videos, social posts, and case studies.
• Execute email nurture workflows, manage audience segmentation, and integrate with CRM systems.
• Maintain reporting dashboards, analyze CTR, conversion rates, traffic sources, lead quality and ROI.
• Support social media planning, monitor engagement trends, and assist with webinars and virtual events.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in digital or B2B marketing, preferably in technology, electronics, industrial or engineering sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑channel campaigns and deliver measurable results.
