Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to own our online presence from start to finish. You will drive revenue‑generating performance campaigns while shaping the brand’s organic content strategy across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant channels.
• Build campaign structures, set up ad sets, and implement testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, placements and bidding.
• Monitor key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR and conversion rate, adjusting budgets to maximise efficiency.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages.
• Use GA4 and Microsoft Clarity to track user behaviour, funnel performance and identify conversion friction.
• Develop and execute a content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers and external creators to produce high‑quality assets.
• Write compelling ad copy, captions and creative briefs aligned with performance goals.
• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes and repurpose top‑performing organic content for paid use.
• Work cross‑functionally with design, sales and product teams and report insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing and social media management.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proficiency in GA4, Microsoft Clarity and data‑driven optimisation.
• Ability to move between data analysis and creative brief development daily.
