Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

WANDERLUST TRAVEL PLANNER is looking for a Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Executive to drive paid advertising, lead generation and social media growth. The role is hands‑on, requiring strong analytical and creative abilities to plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns that support our customised travel services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and other digital platforms, focusing on Facebook and Instagram lead generation.
• Develop audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing and campaign structures to improve CPL, CTR, CPM, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Manage advertising budgets, monitor performance metrics and produce regular reports with actionable insights.
• Maintain and grow the company’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Create and manage monthly social media content calendars, publishing posts, reels, stories and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design professional social media graphics, carousels, ads and travel‑package visuals using Canva, Adobe Photoshop or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and evaluate lead quality.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Hands‑on attitude with strong analytical, creative and execution skills.
• Ability to work closely with sales and cross‑functional teams.
