Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

The Digital Marketing Officer will lead the planning, execution, optimisation and reporting of digital campaigns aimed at generating high‑quality leads for IHM Australia. This full‑time position focuses on driving student enrolment growth through paid media, automation and AI‑enhanced strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and TikTok Ads for awareness and conversions.
• Design and implement lead‑generation strategies to improve volume and quality.
• Coordinate webinars, online events and student engagement initiatives.
• Develop email marketing and lead‑nurturing workflows.
• Utilise marketing automation and AI tools to boost content creation, campaign performance and productivity.
• Track performance using GA4, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, CRM reports and dashboards.
• Analyse data to optimise cost‑per‑lead, conversion rates, lead quality and ROI.
• Collaborate with content, creative, sales and admissions teams to enhance outcomes.
• Support landing‑page optimisation, ad copywriting, audience segmentation and remarketing.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Proven track record in lead generation and paid‑media management.
