Digital Marketing Manager – Performance, SEO & Lead Generation

About the role

FinTram Global is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own and accelerate its digital growth across paid advertising, SEO, and lead generation. The role will focus on attracting high‑quality candidates for professional finance qualifications and driving conversions from inquiry to admission.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms, managing budgets and improving CPL, CAC and ROAS.
• Develop and implement an SEO strategy, including keyword research, on‑page, off‑page and technical optimisation to boost organic traffic and qualified enquiries.
• Design digital acquisition strategies for the education and professional certification sector, collaborating with sales and counselling teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Own the full digital funnel – from ad click to admission – identifying drop‑offs and optimising landing pages, forms, CTAs and nurturing workflows.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM and reporting tools, establishing UTM structures and attribution models.
• Manage internal marketing resources, agencies and freelancers, setting targets and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the education or EdTech sector.
• Proven track record of driving performance marketing, SEO and lead‑generation initiatives that deliver measurable results.
