Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end digital strategies across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn and major e‑commerce marketplaces. The role will drive performance marketing, SEO/SEM, lead generation and D2C sales while collaborating with sales, product, R&D and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Drive SEO/SEM, performance marketing, lead generation and direct‑to‑consumer sales.
• Manage content strategy including posts, reels, blogs, emailers and video campaigns.
• Oversee e‑commerce and marketplace listings on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Indiamart and TradeIndia.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate MIS reports and provide actionable insights.
• Lead a team of digital marketing executives and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in EV/automobile sector.
• Graduate or post‑graduate degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or related field.
• Mandatory experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical abilities.
