Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

HiveRift is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own online customer acquisition and build measurable pipelines that generate qualified leads and customers. This role goes beyond content creation and social‑media posting, focusing on performance marketing, lead generation, conversion funnels, tracking, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Manage and continuously improve Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising performance.
• Design and run LinkedIn B2B lead‑generation campaigns targeting decision‑makers.
• Develop and diversify multiple online acquisition channels to avoid reliance on a single platform.
• Build end‑to‑end lead‑generation funnels from ad click to sales qualification.
• Conduct audience, competitor and keyword research to inform targeting.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, UTM parameters and attribution.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are followed up and converted.

Required profile

• Mindset focused on generating qualified customers rather than just impressions or clicks.
• Comfortable working with numbers and reporting metrics such as CPL, CAC, lead quality and revenue.
• Experience in B2B technology or services (e.g., website development, SaaS, CRM/ERP) is highly valuable.
