Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead demand‑generation for the Godrej Jersey brand portfolio. You will own performance digital marketing, social media, and influencer programmes, building a high‑impact digital presence in a competitive dairy category.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid digital campaigns (search, display, video, programmatic) focused on reach, awareness and consideration.
• Own campaign budgets, ROI tracking and continuous optimisation across platforms.
• Build measurement frameworks, track funnel metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
• Design and manage the influencer marketing programme, from identification to performance evaluation.
• Lead Meta (Facebook, Instagram) strategy – organic and paid – including content calendars, community engagement and campaign amplification.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, formats and algorithm shifts to maximise visibility.
• Partner with brand, sales and product teams to align digital campaigns with launches, seasonal pushes and regional priorities.
• Manage digital and creative agency partners to deliver quality output on time and within budget.

Required profile

• MBA from a reputed institute with 5–7 years of post‑MBA marketing experience.
• Experience in FMCG, F&B, dairy or other consumer‑facing industries preferred.

Required skills

• Hands‑on performance digital marketing across major ad platforms.
• Strong command of social media marketing, influencer marketing and the Meta ecosystem.
• Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools and dashboard reporting.
• Experience managing creatives – briefing, reviewing and guiding development.
• Exposure to brand communications, storytelling and campaign narratives.
• Working knowledge of media planning across digital and traditional channels.
• Background in digital media agencies supporting FMCG or consumer durable clients.
