Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a digital‑first marketer with 5‑6 years of experience to lead our brand’s digital agenda. The role sits at the intersection of brand and digital teams, translating consumer insights into compelling digital campaigns, content, and performance‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital campaign strategies in partnership with brand, creative, and media agencies.
• Lead the creation of digital‑first content, ensuring SEO optimisation, high view‑through, click‑through and engagement rates.
• Drive performance‑marketing initiatives across D2C and e‑commerce channels, leveraging first, second and third‑party data.
• Integrate AI‑based tools for creative production, content generation, and media planning.
• Analyse consumer journeys, run A/B tests, and continuously optimise messaging, formats and platform mix.
• Build and nurture digital communities and ambassador programmes, including influencers, creators and AI avatars.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in a consumer‑focused brand.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, D2C, e‑commerce growth and data‑driven planning.
• Interest in AI technologies and experience applying AI solutions to marketing tasks.
• Ability to collaborate across brand, media, insights, tech and creative teams.
