Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Skylink is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to own the online strategy, lead generation, audience engagement, and campaign execution for its telecom services. The role will shape digital growth, turn leads into revenue, and support product launches and brand awareness across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and optimise end‑to‑end digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Email, SMS, WhatsApp and affiliate programmes.
• Drive lead‑generation initiatives, design conversion funnels and improve sales conversion rates.
• Plan and manage campaigns for ISP products, new launches, brand awareness and customer retention.
• Oversee content strategy, creative direction and audience targeting on all platforms.
• Build, train and mentor a team of Digital Marketing Executives, ensuring KPI achievement.
• Manage budgets, allocate spend and measure ROI for each campaign.
• Conduct competitive analysis, customer‑behavior insights and trend monitoring to refine marketing direction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Customer Support for integrated execution.
• Track performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, HubSpot and other tools.
• Maintain brand consistency and produce high‑quality digital assets.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in telecom, tech or media.
• Proven track record of leading successful lead‑generation and performance‑marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Leadership experience managing a small digital marketing team.
