Digital Marketing Manager – IVF & Healthcare

About the role

Yana IVF & Fertility Centre is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to shape and execute its digital strategy across IVF and broader healthcare services. You will own the end‑to‑end digital funnel, from lead acquisition to conversion, ensuring a steady flow of qualified patients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans for the organisation and individual centres.
• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other performance campaigns.
• Generate high‑quality IVF consultation leads and monitor the full funnel: Lead → Appointment → Consultation → Counselling → IVF start.
• Track and report on CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROI/ROAS and revenue contribution.
• Create monthly social media and content calendars; coordinate reels, doctor videos, patient education, testimonials and blogs.
• Manage website content, SEO, Google Analytics/GA4, Search Console and landing‑page performance.
• Oversee Google Business Profiles, local visibility and online reputation.
• Analyse lead quality with Telecalling and Counselling teams; provide centre‑wise performance insights.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify new digital opportunities.
• Manage agencies, vendors and digital marketing budgets; prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related field; MBA or PG Diploma is a plus.
• 4–7 years of hands‑on experience in digital/performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or IVF.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven reporting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with doctors, clinical teams and creative partners.
