Digital Marketing & Growth Manager

About the role

Krishvi Group, a leading real‑estate developer in Bengaluru, is seeking a Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to lead and execute digital initiatives across its residential projects. The role combines performance marketing, SEO, content, social media, website optimisation and analytics to drive high‑quality leads and brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads and other platforms, monitoring CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rates and CAC.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies for corporate and project sites, handling keyword research, on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO.
• Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels, coordinating with designers, photographers and agencies.
• Oversee website and landing‑page performance, improving UX, CRO, mobile responsiveness and conversion tracking.
• Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to track the full customer journey, identify bottlenecks and improve lead quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 3 years in real‑estate marketing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, agencies and internal stakeholders independently.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience translating data into actionable decisions.
