Digital Marketing Executive (SEO, SMM, Paid Ads)

About the role

Reon Technologies is seeking a performance‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to blend creativity with data‑focused strategies. You will work across SEO, social media, and paid advertising to deliver measurable growth for a portfolio of diverse brands.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth keyword research and develop strategic SEO plans.
• Execute on‑page optimization (meta tags, headers, alt text) and recommend technical improvements.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Support off‑page SEO initiatives, including backlink building and domain authority growth.
• Manage and scale social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Plan and execute content calendars in collaboration with the design team.
• Create platform‑specific content that drives engagement.
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Perform A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
• Manage budgets efficiently to achieve optimal Cost Per Lead (CPL).
• Implement and monitor pixel tracking and conversion events.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong expertise in SEO (on‑page, off‑page, technical), SMM, and paid ads.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Solid understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, and segmentation strategies.
• Excellent communication and content writing abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
