Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team in Gurugram. You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing paid and organic campaigns that generate leads and strengthen our brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Strategize, execute, and scale high‑performing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and brand growth.
• Manage end‑to‑end social media activities, curating and scheduling content that builds authority and drives engagement.
• Lead SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on‑page optimisation and link‑building to improve organic visibility.
• Drive qualified traffic through both paid and organic funnels, applying growth hacks and audience insights.
• Implement A/B testing for creatives, copy, targeting and landing pages to continuously improve ROI.
• Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Tag Manager and other tools, turning data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers and developers to produce high‑converting campaigns.
• Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends and digital innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare performance dashboards, reports and strategic inputs for management reviews.

Required profile

• Graduate in any related field with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Adaptable, proactive, results‑oriented and well‑organized.
• Willing to collaborate across departments and coordinate with team members.
