Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Avyaan Management Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen its online presence and drive digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be hands‑on with campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis across multiple channels. This role requires creativity, data‑driven decision‑making, and ownership from concept to results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns on relevant online platforms.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Create engaging content such as posts, reels, videos, blogs and other digital assets.
• Execute SEO activities to improve website visibility, organic traffic and search rankings.
• Manage paid campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms as needed.
• Monitor performance metrics and produce regular reports on reach, engagement, leads, traffic, conversions and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor and market analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for content, branding, recruitment and business‑related campaigns.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date and SEO‑friendly website content.
• Support lead‑generation efforts through digital channels and stay updated on emerging trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B, recruitment, staffing or professional services.
• Proactive, creative mindset with a result‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across functions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• SEO and SEM fundamentals.
• Social Media Marketing (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Google Ads and Meta Ads management.
• Google Analytics / GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads Manager.
• Meta Business Suite.
• Basic proficiency with Canva or similar design tools.
