Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Fleet Studio is seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Executive to join its growing marketing team. You will work on exciting digital campaigns, manage brand presence online, and experiment with AI‑driven marketing strategies in a fast‑paced, creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run inbound lead generation pipelines across LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and community channels.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create high‑engagement content (posts, reels, stories) using Canva, Affinity and AI image/content generators such as Leonardo, Midjourney, Nano Banana, etc.
• Plan and execute social media and lead‑generation campaigns to improve reach, engagement, brand visibility and revenue conversions.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and AI trends and bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Monitor analytics and provide insights for performance improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver creative marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO, hashtags and campaign strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Daily use of AI tools for research, writing, campaign planning and outreach personalization.
• Energetic, self‑motivated and eager to learn new digital tools and technologies.
