Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Executive to own our retention automation and review engine for a fast‑growing, celebrity‑backed activewear brand. You will work directly with the CEO and the brand team to build systems that turn first‑time buyers into repeat customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise post‑purchase email and WhatsApp flows, abandoned‑cart triggers and loyalty programmes on Shopify.
• Set up and manage a review collection system (e.g., Judge.me or Yotpo) and grow organic presence on Reddit and niche forums as part of our SEO strategy.
• Make basic‑to‑intermediate Shopify customisations, including app installations, theme tweaks and page layout adjustments.
• Collaborate with the Brand Manager and creative team to plug content into conversion‑focused flows.
• Monitor performance‑marketing dashboards, track ROAS, ensure clean attribution and flag issues for the founder.
• Mentor an intern as the function scales.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with Shopify, WhatsApp automation or community building.
• Self‑motivated builder who enjoys fixing broken flows and iterating quickly.
• Comfortable reviewing agency work and acting as the final checkpoint.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on organic growth over paid acquisition.
