About the role

Syntellite Innovations is seeking a driven Digital Marketing Executive to own and grow the digital presence of both the company and its clients. This is a ground‑floor opportunity where performance directly influences compensation and career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads and SEM campaigns from setup to performance reporting.
• Drive organic growth through on‑page, off‑page, technical and local SEO, collaborating with developers for implementation.
• Optimise content for AI‑powered search platforms such as Google SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Bing Copilot.
• Develop and execute end‑to‑end digital marketing strategies across paid social, search, and content channels.
• Produce and manage content assets including blogs, landing pages and long‑form pieces aligned with SEO goals.
• Monitor, analyse and report performance using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs and other analytics tools.
• Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm changes, AI search trends and platform updates.

Required profile

• Experienced candidates with a proven track record in digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple client accounts and internal projects.

Required skills

• Google Ads, Google Search & Display, Performance Max.
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), retargeting and remarketing.
• On‑page, off‑page, technical and local SEO (keyword research, link building, Core Web Vitals, structured data).
• AI Search optimisation for platforms like Google SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity.
• Analytics tools: Google Analytics 4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
• Content creation and editorial calendar management.
