Digital Marketing Executive – IT Services & Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to promote our IT services and solutions—including cloud, AI, data, ERP, DevOps and cybersecurity—across global B2B markets. The role works closely with sales, pre‑sales and leadership to design and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads and strengthen our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies for IT services and solutions.
• Manage SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Create high‑quality content assets such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, social posts and email campaigns.
• Drive B2B lead generation initiatives to feed the sales pipeline.
• Implement and manage marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho, Pardot, etc.).
• Analyse performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM dashboards and provide actionable insights.
• Support brand‑building activities including webinars, digital PR and global campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 2–5 years of proven digital marketing experience in the IT services or consulting industry.
• Demonstrated experience with B2B lead generation and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong written communication and content creation abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
