Digital Marketing Associate

About the role

Ysquare Technology is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join its Chennai office. You will plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across social, search and email channels, driving brand awareness and lead generation. The role works closely with design, product and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs and email campaigns.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X.
• Plan, schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
• Develop and run digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing visibility and generating leads.
• Monitor performance, analyse data and prepare regular insight reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce marketing creatives and promotional material.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong content writing and copywriting abilities.
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant digital‑marketing certifications are a plus.
