Digital Marketer – On-site in Tirur

About the role

Quizzario is looking for a full‑time Digital Marketer to join its Tirur office. The role focuses on planning, executing and optimizing multi‑channel digital campaigns that showcase the company’s gamified engagement solutions. You will work closely with creative and sales teams to deliver data‑driven, audience‑centric marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media accounts, create and schedule content across major platforms.
• Design, launch and monitor paid and organic campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Track, analyze and report campaign performance using web‑analytics tools.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and gamified marketing tactics.
• Provide regular performance reports and recommend optimisation strategies.

Required profile

• Strong background in digital and general marketing with experience in multi‑channel campaign execution.
• Proven ability to generate and nurture leads through funnel design and follow‑up support.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on‑site in Tirur within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
