Digital HR Analyst

About the role

The Digital HR Analyst partners with technology teams to design, configure, test, and continuously improve HR systems. This role ensures that HR processes are supported by reliable, secure, and user‑friendly technology solutions while driving automation and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain HR platforms (settings, data, workflows, security roles) to meet business requirements.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex system issues, collaborating with IT and vendors to resolve root causes.
• Own the full UAT lifecycle: develop test scripts, coordinate testers, validate updates, document results, and manage change communication.
• Identify automation opportunities, design workflow logic, and test enhancements.
• Support system releases, assess impact, provide recommendations, and assist with change‑management activities.
• Configure role‑based access structures in line with governance and enterprise security standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, job aids, and user guides for HR technology users.
• Provide expert input on system capabilities during strategic initiatives and represent HR in digital or process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on HR technology or business analyst experience.
• Certification on at least one major HR platform (UKG Workforce Pro preferred).
• Strong communication skills to translate HR needs into system logic.
• Proven project‑management abilities and experience working cross‑functionally.
